I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about how well this product would work. I normally use oragel and that helps but does work per se. Tooth oil works well in the thick of teething!

"We are in the thick of teething with my 8 month old son. I am talking waking up in the middle of the night screaming because of his teeth, thick of it. This stuff really does work at calming him down and taking the edge off. I will say that he doesn't love the feeling of me shoving my finger in his mouth to rub the oil on his gums. Once I can get either the top or bottom he will let me do the other. His gums are just so painful, so I get why he doesn't love the oil. I have been using this for about a month now. The tooth oil works really well. I also have seen the nighttime oil really does help with calming him, that's when he gets the most worked up. Originally I was using teething drops, and now I will alternate using Wellements with the teething drops. It is just enough to take the edge off, so I often times have to give other teething medications, like the teething drops and/or Tylenol. But I have noticed a difference, and do believe this works.
