We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Wellements products, which is why we accept all returns, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. All you have to do? Send you product back to us and we'll credit your account. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
Broken or damaged product?
We are proud of the fact that we bottle our products in glass, since it's better for the environment and better for your little one's health! We wrap all of our shipments with extra care to ensure your products arrive safely, but sometimes the bottles can break during delivery (darn potholes!). If you receive a shipment with damaged product, give us a call and we'll send a replacement or credit your account.
If a credit is issued for a return or exchange, you will be refunded for the price of the item you paid, along with any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless this was an error on our part.
