When we ship
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm PST will be shipped out on the same day. Packages will be shipped on the next business day for any order placed after that time period.

How we ship
Orders are shipped with USPS, a partner provider (such as DHL or FedEx), and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Upon shipping, look for an email confirmation with tracking information.

Easy Returns

Wellements accepts returns within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us first before shipping your product back to us.

Damaged Products
If you receive a shipment with damaged product, please give us a call and we’ll send a replacement product or credit your account.

You will be refunded for the price of the item and taxes. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable. We do not offer return shipping.
