We offer a money back guarantee on your first purchase of each individual item from our line, limited to one refund per product, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note: Bundles are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with an item in your bundle, we’re happy to offer a replacement of that specific product.

Customer Satisfaction

To request a refund or replacement, please email info@wellements.com. Qualified refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution’s policies. You will receive a refund for the amount paid for the item plus any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
