Shipping policy

Thank you for placing your order with Wellements. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM PST on weekdays will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends and holidays, it will be shipped the next business day.

You can expect your delivery within 5 to 7 business days after shipping, as we send all orders via USPS First-Class Mail or a partnered provider such as DHL eCommerce. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

Wellements charges a flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $35. At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States and do not deliver to PO Boxes.
