Cancellation policy

For one-time orders, cancellations are possible if you contact our customer service team before the order has been packaged and shipped, typically before 12 pm PST. Once an order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, it cannot be canceled. Subscription orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the next scheduled processing date. If a cancellation request is made after this time, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or refund the order. To ensure flexibility, subscribers receive a reminder notification via SMS or email 3-5 days before their upcoming order is processed. This allows time to modify, skip, or cancel the order without incurring a charge.
