If you’re visiting our Website from outside the U.S., please be aware that Collected Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. (where our and our suppliers’ servers and databases are located and operated). The privacy and data protection laws and regulations of the U.S. may not be as comprehensive as those in the country from where you’re accessing our Website.
We Collect Personal Information and Other Information that You Submit
You can use our Website without sharing personal information. However, we will collect any personal information that you choose to submit to us, which may include your name, email address, mailing and/or physical address, telephone number, and family information (e.g., children’s names, birthdates). For example, you may provide such information if you fill out our contact form, submit an inquiry to us, request to become a retailer, sign up for our newsletter, create an account, participate in our Loyalty Program, make an online purchase, or leave a comment on our blog.
If you provide your mobile or other telephone number to us, you consent to receiving text (SMS) messages and telephone calls (both in-person and from automated dialing systems) from us at that telephone number. Opting-in to receive text messages is not required to purchase Wellements goods or services.
We will use your personal information as described below, including to communicate with you about your orders and requests and provide you with information and communications we believe are relevant or may be of interest to you, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Policy.
If you would like to invite a friend or family member to use our Website or send them a referral (such as through our Loyalty Program) or if you’d like to send a gift, we will ask you for their name, email, and/or physical address to send them information or products on your behalf. You represent to us that you have obtained permission from your friend or family member to share their information with us to send them a referral, invitation, or gift. If the friend or family member you referred would like to remove their information they can contact us directly at email@example.com. If you share an individual’s information to us in order for us to communicate with the individual directly, we may not be able to complete that communication if the individual has previously unsubscribed from certain communications from us.

To create an online account you will need to submit your name, email address, and create a password. The information you submit when first creating an account will be used to populate a profile within that account. You may populate your profile with other types of information that you choose to submit, for example, personal preferences and product wish lists. When you create an account on our Website, you will automatically be enrolled for our loyalty program, (“Loyalty Program”). Whether or not you elect to participate in the Loyalty Program and redeem points remains entirely in your sole discretion and decision. Please see Wellements Loyalty Terms and Conditions for additional details regarding the Loyalty Program.

To purchase products or services online, you will need to submit your address, phone number, and payment information. Online purchases of our products or services must be made by credit or debit card. To make a purchase through our Website, you will need to submit your name and your credit or debit card type, number, expiration date, security code, and billing address, which we will collect. Your payment information may be stored by our payment processor(s) as permitted by PCI-DSS and used for recurring billing, if applicable. You are responsible for any comments, reviews, testimonials, images, photographs, data, text, and other content that you create, post online (on any platform) or email to us, (together, “User-Generated Content”). You post and submit User-Generated Content at your own risk (for example, comments, reviews, or testimonials that you post on any platform). If you send us your User-Generated Content, we may use, publicly disclose, and repost your User-Generated Content on our Social Media pages and may use such User-Generated Content on our Website without your consent. We reserve the right to use your name in connection with your User-Generated Content, but have no obligation to do so. We can’t guarantee that submitted User-Generated Content won’t be viewed by unauthorized persons. You understand that, even after removal, copies of User-Generated Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages and may have been copied or stored by other Website users.
Other Collected Information
We may collect data about how you use (i) your online account, and (ii) the Website when you are logged into your account. This information may be tied to your account and Collected Information that is personally identifiable.
IP Addresses, Cookies, & Similar Tracking Technologies
When you use the Website, we and our Website vendors use technologies such as cookies (i.e., small pieces of data stored on your device’s hard drive by your browser), web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to automatically collect information, such as IP addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use, your internet service provider, device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, Website pages visited, websites you access before and after visiting the Website, and data related to how and when you use the Website (e.g., date and time stamps, clickstream data, and data about search terms and websites that direct you to the Website). We may combine this Collected Information with other Collected Information (including personal information) and data obtained from third parties.
We may use this information to administer our Website and its servers, to generate statistical information, to monitor and analyze Website traffic and usage patterns, to monitor and prevent fraud, to investigate complaints and violations of our policies, and to improve our Website’s content and the products, services, materials, and other content that we describe or make available through our Website.
The Website may use session, persistent, and flash cookies (local stored objects) to collect and store data about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Website. Session cookies are used to complete transactions and for other purposes such as counting visits to certain webpages. Session cookies are eliminated when you exit your browser. Persistent cookies may be stored on your computer by your browser. When you log in, persistent cookies tell us if you have visited the Website before or if you are a new visitor.
Flash cookies differ from browser cookies regarding the amount and types of data collected and how the data is stored. Cookie management tools provided by your browser will not remove and cannot manage Flash cookies. To learn about managing your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website here.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can disable this function, but disabling cookies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Website.
Do Not Track Requests
Due to the automatic collection of data using cookies, we do not honor “do not track” requests.
In addition to the approximate geographic location information collected as discussed above, we may collect more specific location information (e.g., zip code, city, or physical address) if you input that information while using the “Store Locator” functionality of the Website to find locations where you can buy our products and services.
We use Google Analytics to collect and process information about your use of the Website. Google sets cookies on your browser or device, and then your web browser will automatically send information to Google. Google uses this information to provide us with reports that we use to better understand and measure how users interact with our Website.
We may also implement additional add-on services to Google Analytics, such as Demographics and Interest Reporting, Remarketing with Google Analytics, and Google Display Network Impression Reporting.
Advertising Networks, Personalized Advertising, Remarketing, and Retargeting
From time to time the Website may use or participate in advertising networks and related advertising services that are managed and provided by third-party advertising servers, advertising agencies, technology vendors, and research firms, including advertising retargeting services provided by Facebook (sometimes referred to as the Facebook “tracking pixel”) and Google Ad. These services collect anonymous information about your visits to and interactions with the Website and other websites and will use that information to target advertisements for goods and services. The information collected may be associated with your personal information. These targeted advertisements may appear on the Website or on other websites. Advertising networks often gather data about consumers who view advertisements to make inferences about a consumer’s interests and preferences, which enables their computers to deliver advertisements directly targeted to the consumer’s specific interests. This practice is often referred to as “online behavioral advertising.” For example, a third-party advertising network might collect the type of Internet browser you use, the type of computer operating system you use, the domain name of a website you visit, whether or not you visit specific pages of the Website and other websites, the location of your Internet service provider, the date and time of a visit to a website, and other interactions between you and a website.
If you have a Facebook account but do not wish Facebook to collect data relating to you via the Website, we suggest that you: (a) hide social media platform plug-ins using an ad blocker; (b) always log off completely from Facebook before visiting other websites and delete all related cookies; and, (c) where the option is available, disable the advertising services and networks operated by Facebook.
To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, please visit the National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Please remember that changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may still see our ads from time to time.
Data From Other Sources
We may obtain data about individuals from various third-party companies and public sources. This may include information that you post on Social Media (defined below). We may combine that data with other Collected Information or otherwise use such data and information (which may include Social Media posts, images, and reviews). This enhances our existing data about our users (e.g., adding address data), improves our ability to contact you, and enhances our marketing capabilities.
We are active on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (“Social Media”). Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Website and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages.
Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. We can’t control any policies or terms of such third-party platforms and as a result, we can’t be responsible for any use of your information or content by a third-party platform, which you use at your own risk. We encourage you to review the policies and terms of those platforms.
